When I ran the numbers, the limits are easy to read: a weekly net loss of 100 EUR returns 3 EUR, and the 1 EUR minimum means very small losses may not produce any refund. To reach the 1000 EUR cap, the qualifying weekly net loss would have to be very large, so for most players the realistic value is a modest but regular return.
